Christmas Spirit ~~

I saw this tonight and it touched me.  It needs no written words, it’s just something that bears repeating for our hearts.

  2. The message in this video touched me also Jenny. We can so easily get caught up in all the preparations of Christmas, and forget what Christmas is all about. It is like throwing the baby out with the bath water if we aren't careful. It is nice to give and receive, and spend time with family, and friends at Christmas, and throughout the year. Giving and receiving is so much more than material things. It can be many different things, the greatest is Love. And God deminstated how much He Loved us, and Jesus gives true meaning to why we celebrate Christmas. Christmas is what we make it. I have heard so many who think it is just a big hastle, and they have no joy, because they have lost the true meaning , or just don't get it. We also need to remember the less fortunate, and help if we can. Christmas is the most wonderful time of the year, when we keep our eyes focussed on Him. Blessing to you Jenny. Merry Christmas to you, and your family,Sam and Lucy.Jesse sends big sloppy kisses, and I send big hugs.

  3. Ha! Ha! After that big slurp, we had to get a towel to dry off. Now I need sleep, and Jesse went to bed to warm my side up for me. We finally got snow here today. About 15cm of the white stuff. I asked Lisa to send me some and I think she did. :) Now it feels like Christmas is just around the corner. I finished my shopping today, and now all I have to do is wrap it all up. Good Night to you all , and stay warm and cozy. I shall return. :) Dianne :)

  4. Thanks for sharing that Jenny, it's all too easy to worry about what you haven't got, to concentrate too much on that idea ...and forget about what you are so lucky to have.
Thank you for dropping by, and I'm now off to warm myself up with a lovely Sunday Dinner, and Jack Frost is NOT an invited guest! ;-)
